The Sequeiras hail from a family whose predominant occupation for generations has been agriculture. The current generation of the family has been brought up with strong cultural values and an immense respect and love for farm produce and food. To this date the family takes pride in their agricultural roots. They decided to take their respect and love to the next level. Mr. Lawrence Sequeira, who began his career very early in life, decided to become an entrepreneur in the Restaurant Industry. In the last decade of the 1900s he started a venture, which however did not flourish as per his expectations. Mr. Lawrence realized that in order to succeed as an entrepreneur in the Restaurant industry, he would have to learn the Basics of Restaurant Management. He worked on various assignments in the hospitality industry, learning the nuances of the trade along the way.
